I have found it... While I was testing, I hardcoded the cmsPath in the SWFs, I just forgot to uncomment it. Unfortunatly I'm on the same server so I did not get an error message. I have uploaded the whole package again and tested the installation steps one by one and a had no problems anymore. If you want, you can download it again, or have a look in the FLAs and search for this line VarCentral.getInstance().vars.cmsPath = "http://www.flashcmsframework.com/demosite/turtlebite_cms". This cmsPath is normally coming via flashVars, but while you are testing in the Flash IDE you can set it manually. Never mind! Let me know if you succeeded!...I need a coffee now... SHAME ON ME! You just have to keep in mind that I have not (yet) implemented a check if one user edits a content it is blocked for the others for the time of editing.
