Showcase: Fleb Site + Flash CMS

April 14, 2010 by: Christian

In a previous post I was talking about a site I was working on, which required an update in the Turtlebite Flash CMS to handle cyrillic fonts. I have almost finished that site (the picture galleries are still missing, because there are no pictures yet. It will be integrated by the end of may.)

This site was built with the Fleb Framework and the client can upload files and edit every line of text. This was especially useful because I’m not really an expert in the russian language…

Managing table reservation
The Turtlebite Flash CMS Framework is also used to manage the table reservation of the website.
Visit this link to see the front end of it.

I’m constantly improving the Flash CMS. At the moment I’m working on an online XML editor.

Stay tuned!

    Hi Christian,

Just a question… when you’re sites display alternative content (via swfObject?) is this content being produced dynamically? And if so, how? It’s a my major headache for me at the moment :/

    Kind Regards,
    Chris

    Hi Chris

Yes, it’s all created dynamically. That’s one reason I’ve created the FLEB framework. ;-) The russiabeats.com website also uses the Turtlebite Flash CMS, all content is in a MySQL Database.
