Wow!!!! What a revolutionary implementation!!

I still cannot believe that no physical html addresses exists and all the SEO is being done the way you say!

I haven't seen this anywhere on the web!

I will definetely try fleb with my next project.

Cheers!

Hi "fakeartist"
Thanks for your comment. Yes, you are right, there are not physical html files. It's all done dynamically: all requests are routed to index.php using .htaccess. Then in index.php, the url is split and compared to the values in structure.xml, after that the appropriate content is loaded, which is also defined in structure.xml. That way you can have every single click deeplink into your flash website, which is what I have done on kaegi.net. And the really cool thing is, you can have long nice "speaking" urls. Have a close look at the demo site and all the documentation!

Cheers,
Christian

Hi Christian!

I just fell into your fleb framework and I must say I'm impressed!

I' ve never seen anything like this before.

I have tried Gaia but I had the same SWFaddress issues that you have already pointed out.

So, before I start checking the fleb framework, one quick answer (I'm kind of a noob):

In the fleb code that I downloaded, I see no physical htmls (that correspond to each of the site sections).

So how can the spiders index something that is not there?

Php and htaccess do the trick?

For example, in your site, kaegi.net, when I google

site:kaegi.net

it retuns 384 result for a full flash website!!!

Are these htmls on your server?

Or Php and htaccess do all the dirty job?

I'm really looking forward to your reply!

Thanx a lot and keep up the great work!

Hi hsendid

You're right, it seems the gaia forum link is dead. I have removed it. Check this out: http://www.turtlebite.com/docs/global_navigation_download (at the bottom)

Cheers,

Hi, the link to the gaia forum is dead. Could you please indicate me how to implement this?
What do I have to edit in the gaia classes as in the comments above, etc.
Thanks

Thanks for creating a "nice url" solution, there is just one problem. Seems to be that the gaia forum thread has disappeared with the installation instructions. And I am wondering about how to install your fix and if it is php only.
